During part 1 of the interview, the rap star talks in-depth about his latest album, including its sequencing, his thought process in recording, and the inspiration he got from the frustration going on in his life; his influence on culture and hip-hop music;  his designs and fashion sense that people knocked earlier on, but adopted later; and hip-hop being the new rock and roll.
