Birdman Gets Hit With $1 Million Lien For Unpaid Construction On His Mansion

Zankey Construction Company is taking matters to court after Baby stopped making payments for renovations on his Miami Beach mansion.  According to Boombox, Birdman was slapped with a $1,041,750.32 lien.  It has been reported that Birdman is currently overdue on two separate payments of $43,049.35 and $998,700.97.

This mansion was purchased from Russel Weiner (inventor of Rockstar energy drink) for $14.5 million after Russel acquired it for $6.75 million. This mansion once used to belong to producer, Scott Storch.  Storch lost the home 2009 when Suntrust Bank forclosed on it after Storch blew $30 million in six months at the peak of his career and cocaine addiction.

According to Forbes, Baby is worth $160 mil so I am sure he will have zero problems coughing up the Cash Money.
